We request correct customer information to deliver successfully. We are unable to change your delivery address and other information once an order has been placed. 



Some items will be available for back order when they are out of stock and we are expecting new stock to arrive very soon to our warehouse. We aim to dispatch all back-ordered items as soon as they become available for shipping. Dispatch dates can be subject to change. Delivery dates will depend on the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase.



Product information, photos and prices are subject to change without notice and subject to possible error. If a change or error affects an unsent order, you will be informed about the changes before your order is processed.



PayPal is our preferred payment method, either through a PayPal account or a credit or debit card to PayPal. 



We ship by standard mail service & express mail service (EMS) and aim to deliver within 2~14 business days from the date of dispatch. All products are dispatched from Korea and are usually shipped no later than 2 business days of receiving cleared payment.

- Express Mail Service (EMS) : within 3 to 5 working days.

From 0 to 1kg,  we offer shipping by standard mail service. If you wish to receive your order quicker, please contact us and we will ship by EMS with additional charges. These charges are based on the gross weight of the order as when packed for shipping, including dimensional weight in some cases, and are calculated in kilograms, ‘Kg’.



Please understand that there are many factors that may delay a shipment, such as weather, strikes, or other circumstances that are beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for such delays.

In the rare event that the wrong goods are delivered or you find a manufacturing defect or your order is damaged, please email 'info@notagshop.com' so we will work with you to exchange the item or refund your purchase.


The product may be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days after your order has been shipped. All returned items must be returned in “new” (resalable) condition (judged by us) with all the original packaging, accessories, manuals and other documentation, etc., included where applicable.



However, if you are not completely satisfied please send us notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened an unused condition with proof of purchase for a refund. Then we will refund you right soon after receiving returned goods.
